We washed my bed out from the lice earlier can i sleep on it now?

i got medicne used the comb got everything out getting my hair cut tuesday i washed my pillows hseets n tht in hot water n then on hot hihi in the dryer to kill them van i sleep on my pillows n balnkets now im afraid
