I Have had sea lice for 18 days?! Is this normal? Should i go to the doctor?

I went to the beach in fl over 2 weeks ago and I didnt realize that what was itching until 5 days later. Its all around by bathing suit area. Like butt/crotch/under belly button, etc. It is still itching as much as it was the first day. Thanks
