Diffused laser radiation question?

Quick non scientific question for anyone who knows a thing or two about laser radiation of a class IIIA 5mw laser. Would the diffused reflection from a laser do and harm to the eyes of a cat or dog? For instance, shining the laser on the floor a foot or two in front of my cat I can clearly see some diffused light on her face.
