Taming an abused Dumbo rat?

It is so great that you rescued her! It is easy to tame rats normally but in your case it will be a little tricky. You need to hand feed her and give her a bunch of treats. Also, to get her used to her name say her name before you feed her. Hopefully she will warm up to you soon. Remember to call the authorities on that woman and have her arrested for neglect!
