What would happen if a human wore a flea collar to treat lice?

So my niece has lice for almost a year now!!!!! I no its along time and shes going to start school soon and none of the lice shampoo's for rubbing alcohol, lemon, vinegar has worked for her so i was wondering what would happen if she wore a flea collar for dogs would it go away and also would there be any damage to her ill give ten points to who ever helps!!!!!
