My 2 week old kittens have fleas??

Yes dear, you are right, if they have fleas they probably got them from their mom. Do NOT use a harsh (poisonous) flea control on them and if you give them a bathe wipe them really dry, keep them warm until they are totally dry! Kittens can get a cold really easy. Be sure you do not get water in their ears! This is VERY important! They can get ear infections that can cause a lot of damage, Using to strong of a flea control can actually kill them.Fixing a cat has NOTHING to do with getting fleas. Comb them and bathe them with a MILD solution of a medicated cat shampoo or a flea and tick shampoo that is especially for kittens. You can find this shampoo at a Walmart store. Good luck honey.
