As a parent, would you freak out or be ok with the fact that your husband's niece gave your 10 yr old son head?

lice? Would you be okay with this fact, or would you be more prone to find your sister inlaw and her family a dirty, discusting household? Just wondering.

How do lice make your hair feel?

So I know how to identify lice but I'm more interested in how they make your hair feel. Apparantely it feels like dandruff? Does it make your hair feel dirty at the roots aswell?

OK.soo i was bored and its late,so i was about to have a night of spanking the weasel,so i went upstairs to get some lotion,but forgot that porn was already on the computer screen downstairs,but i went up there anyway.my sister,who is very opposed to porn,was having a hard time sleeping.when i heard her walking downstairs,i ran down there but it was too late.i couldnt find her for about 5 minutes but i heard her working in the sink,which is right next to the computer,so she probably saw it.when she returned to the room,she scowled at me then walked away.any suggestions.

It is so great that you rescued her! It is easy to tame rats normally but in your case it will be a little tricky. You need to hand feed her and give her a bunch of treats. Also, to get her used to her name say her name before you feed her. Hopefully she will warm up to you soon. Remember to call the authorities on that woman and have her arrested for neglect! Why does my head itch?

My head itches very bad. Really bad and no I have been checked for any fleas, lice, andthing . I was wondering if it was my shampoo or water or something else? I use suave shamp and condition and I have sulfur water ( unfortuneatly ) do u know wats wrong?

Getting rid of head lice?

So my head was starting to itch a little and I though it was from being out in the sun and I got a sun burn on the back of my neck and around my ears and top of head. Anyways I was at a friends house at a pool party with the kids and Family together, she called me today and told me that her daughter came down with head lice.....I need to know what I need to do with getting rid of them. I don't feel the need to get angry, am I weird?

I don't ever get really angry. I can only remember a couple of times in my life that I have almost seen red and felt I was screaming so much I was almost out of control. Not that I mind being out of control, I just think that things can so often be delt with better when one is in control. You can then be calm, think things through and talk without screaming. It's less stressful and emotional and it uses a lot less energy. The last time I remember losing my temper was when I left my husband 15 years ago. I was so angry that he had not listened to me all the times I had tried to talk to him about problems we were having and the situations that I was finding unbearable and he chose to ignore and carry on. Consequently things had broken down and fallen apart, I was angry that all we could have had was gone and I'd tried so hard to keep things together for both of us. I screamed and shouted and then left and since then nothing has ever got me so wound up. I am now a single parent with a child with severe learning difficulties and my life is very tough on a day to day basis, I suffer with depression and anxiety and even the smallest simplest things can be a massive challenge, but I don't get angry, what would it achieve? Am i weird??

How to be more 'upbeat' & confident instead of dense and slow? Please help?

So .... I really want to become a more 'upbeat' and confident person!! Not dense and slow.... stubborn like I am (I'm a taurus/earth element, which explains everything) is there any possible advice? Chickens with lice help!!?

I picked some hens up recently and have discovered they are riddled with lice! Ive been treating them with louse powder and red mite powder but am getting nowhere! WHat am I doing wrong? Also would the lice stop them laying? (they only have the yellow lice not red mite just using that powder as a preventative) Is there an easier way to get rid of the lice than the powder?? well, im a 13 year old girl with long, thick, curly blonde hair and i keep getting lice... alot of people at my school have it and its going around pretty bad so ive had it 6 times this year and have it again. but its summer and i havent hung out with anyone besides my bf and he has like a buzz cut so i dont see how he would have it? ive been using Rid, and it doesent exactly work. my mom goes thru before and after i shampoo to get out every nit and bug she can find and and it seems to work until i find out i still have it a week or so later. i wash everything, bedding, clothes, hats, anything that ive been in contact with and i still and up getting it. so now i have it again and my mom is so fed up with it shes actually mad at me like its my fault... i really dont want to use Rid again because it burns my scalp and hair badly plus ive been reading some pretty scary stuff about it. so can someone help me please? im open to any suggestions besides shaving my head... my curly blonde hair is like my signature thing and i could stand to loose it. plus how would i explain to people that i had to shave my head because of lice? so please comment and tell me of any remedys you know. thanks(:

This girl is my friend's sister okay . Before 1 week i call her brother many times at night about 3:00 AM okay he wasn't answering . he is working. sometimes he comes late about 5:00 AM . once a time he came back at 5:00 AM his father was sleeping if he was awake he would be angry of him and say bad words to him , sometimes i call him to be sure he would be in home early because of his father. Anyway this day i call him and he wasn't answering i call his sister , then her father answered i told him i was checking on adam because he wasn't answering his phone , he was talking in a kind way he felt bad he told me not to talk to her again and said i should call her this time but i was checking on his son even my dad was infront of me and he closed her phone if he didn't close her phone i would give him my dad to talk to him , on the next day i told my father to talk to him on the phone. he talked to him on the phone and everything seems to be okay. but adam told me not to call her again or messaging her i told him okay because of his father until he calm down ,yesterday his father told him to delete me from his sisters contacts on the msn she was talking to me, she loves me and i love her that what u should know , but we didn't tell each other okay we just know that. anyway he told him to delete me . I want to talk to his father but his father has no time to talk to me . she told her mother about everything her mother is with us i told her on the chat that i want to see her to explain everything to her to tell her that sometimes adam comes back from the work late 5:00 AM and she doesn't know or his father doesn't know. she told her to tell me i can''t meet her because its too risky she told us to wait until he calms down i told her okay . What should i do to make her father accepts me . adam doesn't know anythign about me and her he knows that i was messaging her and i call her before 8:00 PM and talking to msn but she and i were calling each other after 12:00 AM to 2:00 3:00 AM everyday but the day i called her 3:00 AM just because of her brother i was worried about him why all this happening to us what should i do , Her mom loves me . Medical and Psych discharge from the army? How long could it take?

I know that no one can give me a definitive answer, I'm looking for more of a tentative idea. My husband has been in the army (active) for two and a half years. He was diagnosed with one diffused disk and two bulging disks. He also has degenerative disk disease (which I hear is common with his injuries. His pain management just tried shots in his back, and said that if they didn't work, then they would just chapter him out. My husband isn't very happy with that, but since all of his friends are deployed and he has been on profile for the last 6 months, (he's a Combat Engineer) he feels like he's of no use to the army anyways. He has also been diagnosed with 'army triggered PTSD', which is bs. He had a crappy childhood and his rich sister didn't want him in anymore and got the surgeon general involved and it was just a hot mess, so he couldn't talk his ways out of it. They are telling him to chapter on both. I have no idea why. Does anyone know about how long this Chaptering process will take? I have to have another surgery, and I don't want to put it off too long and then end up not having tricare. I also am VERY antsy about going home (I'm a mommas baby) and everyone is wanting to know about how long the chapter is going to take. (They are renovating our house back home, and want it ready for when we get there). He is being told a year...but you know how rumors and information here and there goes in the military. Does anyone have any experience with this type of situation and could give me at least tentatively an idea so I can calm my mom down with all those renovations? Please only reply if you have experience this. I would really rather not have a pvt that just got in who heard something from someone or something like that just giving me more of 'well, what I have heard' kind of thing, we have heard enough of that, lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm so anxious.

WOW! You said a mouth full! I apologize for everything you are going thru! I wondered, is there any family around that could possibly be utilized to assist, if not, by your father being military, i don't see why social services or a military agency, couldn't assist your family, at least with a in home care assistant to help your mom out and because you are too young to have to carry so much on your shoulders! But, believe me, there are programs out there that can help, your mom just has to take the lead to get those resources! Also, your father needs to get alittle more involved, i know he is in the Air force, but he is a father and Husband! Good luck to you and don't give up hope!!
