How do I get rid of lice fast!?!?

I'm 15 years old & use to get lice all the time when i was younger, & I have it again now /: I got it from my friend when I went to her house. Anyway, my mom knows how to take care of it & is really good at getting all the eggs out & finding bugs, ect . But she said this is the worse case of lice she has ever seen, she says its all over.... What are some good ways to get rid on it? I know they like clean hair & i wash my hair everyday, so i'm not going to wash my hair for like a week.. What can i do to get it to go away???
