I had this accident around 8 months back ?

I suggest you make a payment plan before they sue you and get a judgment. there is no difusing the situation you should not have been driving with no unsurance, and even worse, gotten in an accident you could not pay for. This will also screw up the drivers license you will never get back until you work something out. damn shame your decision making processes appear damaged, own up to your mess like a man and take responsibility, or get in line like the thousands of others with judgments, who will end up paying sooner or later.
